The Sacrifice
Why do Muslims commemorate this day?
Eid al-Adha is a festival which falls on the 10 of Dhul Hijjah. Muslims around the world celebrate this day to commemorate the good willingness of the Prophet Ibrahim (A.S) to sacrifice his son Prophet Ismail (A.S), as an act of obedience to Allah (S.W.T). Eidul Adha is the second of two festivals in Islam, first being Eidul Fitri. Eid Mubarak to all and have a great celebration!

 

"Judgement Day - Time's Up."

Do they then only wait for the Hour - that it should come on them of a sudden? But already have come some tokens thereof, and when it (actually) is on them, how can they benefit then by their admonition?
